Instruments on these recordings are tuned to 432hz. Many believe this to be a healing frequency aligned with the root chakra. I cannot speak to any of the science, and have only my anecdotal experience for reference. That experience is this: this very slight change in tuning has directly coincided with a drastic increase in my musical output, and a dramatic increase in the pleasure I take in creating music. This music has also enhanced my yoga practice.
